Who controls your data

Branvoro FZE LLC, trading as Branvoro Mart, is responsible for the personal data described in this Policy. Contact: info@branvoro.com, +971 55 388 2944, 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman, UAE.

Data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address, delivery and billing address, order details, product preferences, customer-support messages, returns evidence, marketing preferences, device identifiers, IP address, browser information, cookie data, website activity and fraud-prevention signals.

Cash on Delivery is currently used. If online payment is enabled in the future, payment providers will process payment information under their own security and privacy terms; Branvoro Mart should not receive or store complete card credentials.

Sources of data

We receive data directly from you, through Shopify and the website, WhatsApp Business, customer-support communications, cookies and similar technologies, advertising platforms, analytics providers and licensed courier or logistics partners.

How we use data

We use personal data to receive and confirm orders; deliver products; communicate order and tracking updates; provide support; handle returns and complaints; prevent fraud and misuse; secure and improve the website; measure performance; maintain business and legal records; and send marketing where permitted and chosen by the customer.

Legal grounds and choices

Depending on the activity, processing may be necessary to take steps requested by you, perform an order, comply with law, protect legitimate business and security interests, or rely on your consent. You may withdraw marketing or cookie consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Marketing

We may send offers through email, WhatsApp or other selected channels where permitted. To stop marketing, contact customer support at info@branvoro.com or +971 55 388 2944. We may retain minimal suppression information so that we respect the opt-out. Operational order or safety messages are not marketing.

Cookies and advertising technologies

The website may use essential Shopify cookies and, subject to consent and configuration, analytics or advertising technologies from Meta/Facebook, Google and TikTok. See the Cookie Policy for categories and choices. Non-essential technologies should not be used where consent is legally required unless the customer has made the relevant choice.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share necessary data with Shopify, WhatsApp/Meta, Google, TikTok, email-service providers, licensed couriers, hosting and security providers, professional advisers, regulators, authorities and payment providers when enabled. Each recipient receives only data reasonably needed for its function or as required by law.

International processing

Some technology providers may process data outside the UAE. Where cross-border processing occurs, we will use lawful transfer mechanisms and reasonable contractual, organisational or technical safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable UAE data-protection requirements.

Retention

We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, legal obligations and disputes. As an operating baseline: order, invoice and transaction records may be retained for up to five years or longer where law or an active dispute requires; support and complaint records generally for up to two years after closure; marketing data until opt-out or inactivity makes it unnecessary; and analytics or cookie data according to configured provider periods, generally no longer than 26 months unless justified.

These periods may be shortened, extended or placed on legal hold where required by law, fraud prevention, a regulator, litigation or a valid rights request.

Security

We use reasonable access controls, role restrictions, secure platforms and operational measures intended to protect personal data. No online system is completely risk-free. Customers should protect their devices and report suspicious messages or unauthorised activity.

Your rights

Subject to UAE law and applicable exceptions, you may request information about processing, access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, cessation of certain processing, data transfer where applicable, and withdrawal of consent. You may also object to or opt out of direct marketing. We may verify identity before acting on a request.

Children

The website is not intentionally directed to children under 16. A person under the legal age or capacity required for a purchase must act with a parent or legal guardian. If we learn that data was collected contrary to this rule, we will take reasonable steps to delete or appropriately restrict it.

Complaints and contact

Send privacy questions or rights requests to info@branvoro.com. We aim to acknowledge and initially respond within seven business days, though a complete response may take longer depending on verification, complexity and legal requirements.

Policy changes

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in technology, providers, law or operations. The Last Updated date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required.

حسب طريقة تفاعلك معنا، قد نجمع الاسم ورقم الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني وعنوان التوصيل والفوترة وتفاصيل الطلب وتفضيلات المنتجات ورسائل خدمة العملاء وأدلة الإرجاع وتفضيلات التسويق ومعرفات الجهاز وعنوان بروتوكول الإنترنت ومعلومات المتصفح وبيانات ملفات تعريف الارتباط ونشاط الموقع وإشارات منع الاحتيال.

نستخدم حالياً الدفع عند الاستلام. إذا تم تفعيل الدفع الإلكتروني مستقبلاً، فسيعالج مقدم الدفع معلومات الدفع وفق شروطه الأمنية وسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة به، ولا ينبغي أن تستلم أو تخزن برانفورو مارت بيانات البطاقة الكاملة.

مصادر البيانات

نستلم البيانات مباشرة منك، ومن خلال Shopify والموقع وواتساب للأعمال واتصالات خدمة العملاء وملفات تعريف الارتباط والتقنيات المشابهة ومنصات الإعلان ومزودي التحليلات وشركاء التوصيل أو الخدمات اللوجستية المرخصين.

كيفية استخدام البيانات

نستخدم البيانات لاستلام الطلب وتأكيده، وتوصيل المنتجات، وإرسال تحديثات الطلب والتتبع، وتقديم الدعم، ومعالجة الإرجاع والشكاوى، ومنع الاحتيال وسوء الاستخدام، وحماية الموقع وتحسينه، وقياس الأداء، والاحتفاظ بالسجلات التجارية والقانونية، وإرسال التسويق عندما يكون مسموحاً ويختاره العميل.

الأساس والخيارات

بحسب النشاط، قد تكون المعالجة ضرورية لاتخاذ خطوات يطلبها العميل أو تنفيذ الطلب أو الامتثال للقانون أو حماية المصالح التجارية والأمنية المشروعة أو بناء على الموافقة. يمكن سحب موافقة التسويق أو ملفات تعريف الارتباط في أي وقت دون التأثير في المعالجة القانونية السابقة.

التسويق

قد نرسل عروضاً عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو واتساب أو القنوات التي يختارها العميل عندما يكون ذلك مسموحاً. لإيقاف التسويق، تواصل مع خدمة العملاء عبر info@branvoro.com أو
+971 55 388 2944. قد نحتفظ ببيانات محدودة لمنع إعادة الاشتراك واحترام طلب الإيقاف. رسائل الطلب أو السلامة التشغيلية ليست رسائل تسويقية.

ملفات تعريف الارتباط وتقنيات الإعلان

قد يستخدم الموقع ملفات Shopify الضرورية، وبحسب الموافقة والإعدادات، تقنيات التحليل أو الإعلان من Meta/Facebook وGoogle وTikTok. راجع سياسة ملفات تعريف الارتباط لمعرفة الفئات والخيارات. يجب عدم استخدام التقنيات غير الضرورية عندما تكون الموافقة مطلوبة قانوناً إلا بعد اختيار العميل.

مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع أو نؤجر البيانات الشخصية. قد نشارك البيانات اللازمة مع Shopify وWhatsApp/Meta وGoogle وTikTok ومزودي البريد الإلكتروني وشركات التوصيل المرخصة ومزودي الاستضافة والأمن والمستشارين والجهات التنظيمية والحكومية ومقدمي الدفع عند تفعيلهم. ولا يحصل كل طرف إلا على البيانات اللازمة بصورة معقولة لأداء مهمته أو المطلوبة قانوناً.

المعالجة خارج الدولة

قد يعالج بعض مزودي التقنية البيانات خارج دولة الإمارات. عند حدوث نقل أو معالجة عبر الحدود، سنستخدم آليات نقل قانونية وضمانات تعاقدية وتنظيمية أو تقنية معقولة ومناسبة للخدمة ومتطلبات حماية البيانات في الدولة.

الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ بالبيانات فقط للمدة اللازمة بصورة معقولة للغرض والالتزامات القانونية والنزاعات. كقاعدة تشغيلية: قد تحفظ سجلات الطلبات والفواتير والمعاملات حتى خمس سنوات أو مدة أطول إذا تطلب القانون أو نزاع قائم ذلك؛ وسجلات الدعم والشكاوى حتى سنتين عادة بعد الإغلاق؛ وبيانات التسويق حتى إلغاء الاشتراك أو عدم الحاجة إليها؛ وبيانات التحليلات أو ملفات الارتباط وفق الفترات المفعلة لدى المزود، وبشكل عام لمدة لا تتجاوز 26 شهراً ما لم يوجد مبرر.

قد يتم تقصير هذه المدد أو تمديدها أو تعليق الحذف إذا تطلب القانون أو منع الاحتيال أو جهة تنظيمية أو دعوى أو طلب حقوق صحيح ذلك.

الأمن

نستخدم ضوابط وصول وتحديد صلاحيات ومنصات آمنة وإجراءات تشغيلية معقولة لحماية البيانات. لا يوجد نظام إلكتروني خالٍ تماماً من المخاطر. يجب على العميل حماية أجهزته والإبلاغ عن الرسائل المشبوهة أو النشاط غير المصرح به.

حقوقك

مع مراعاة القانون الإماراتي والاستثناءات المطبقة، يمكنك طلب معلومات عن المعالجة والوصول إلى بياناتك وتصحيحها أو حذفها أو تقييدها أو إيقاف بعض المعالجة أو نقل البيانات عند انطباق ذلك وسحب الموافقة. كما يمكنك الاعتراض على التسويق المباشر أو إلغاؤه. وقد نتحقق من الهوية قبل تنفيذ الطلب.

الأطفال

الموقع غير موجه عمداً إلى الأطفال دون 16 سنة. ويجب على من لم يبلغ السن أو الأهلية القانونية اللازمة للشراء أن يتصرف بإذن ولي الأمر أو الوصي القانوني. إذا علمنا بجمع بيانات خلاف هذه القاعدة، فسنتخذ خطوات معقولة لحذفها أو تقييدها بالشكل المناسب.

الشكاوى والتواصل

ترسل أسئلة الخصوصية أو طلبات الحقوق إلى info@branvoro.com. نسعى لتأكيد الاستلام وتقديم رد أولي خلال سبعة أيام عمل، وقد يحتاج الرد الكامل إلى وقت أطول حسب التحقق والتعقيد والمتطلبات القانونية.

تعديلات السياسة

يجوز تحديث هذه السياسة لتعكس تغييرات التقنية أو المزودين أو القانون أو العمليات. يحدد تاريخ آخر تحديث النسخة الحالية. وسيتم إبلاغ المستخدمين بالتغييرات الجوهرية عندما يكون ذلك مطلوباً.
