Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern access to branvoromart.com, communications with Branvoro Mart, and purchases made through the website or confirmed through WhatsApp. By using the website or confirming an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
About us
Branvoro Mart is the trading name of Branvoro FZE LLC, licensed by Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone, with its registered address at 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. You may contact us at info@branvoro.com or +971 55 388 2944.
Eligibility
The website is intended for customers aged 16 or above. A customer who has not reached the legal age or capacity required to enter a binding transaction must act with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Branvoro Mart may request reasonable verification before accepting an order.
Products and information
We aim to present accurate product names, images, features, quantities and prices. Screen settings, packaging updates and supplier changes may cause minor variations. Product information is general information and must not be treated as medical or professional advice.
Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. We may correct genuine errors, withdraw products, limit quantities or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability or regulatory concerns.
Orders and acceptance
A website checkout, cart submission or message is an order request. An order becomes accepted only after Branvoro Mart confirms the product, quantity, customer details, address, delivery charge and total amount through WhatsApp. Customers must review the confirmation and promptly report any error.
We may cancel an accepted order before dispatch if fulfilment becomes impossible. In that case, any amount already received for the cancelled item will be handled according to applicable law and the agreed payment method.
Prices, VAT and promotions
Prices are displayed in UAE dirhams (AED). Branvoro FZE LLC is not currently registered for UAE VAT and does not separately charge VAT to customers. This statement will be updated if the company’s registration status changes.
Promotions are subject to their published duration, eligibility, stock and product conditions. The advertised free-delivery offer on qualifying orders of AED 80 or more is a limited promotion and may be amended or withdrawn for future orders. A promotion does not apply retrospectively and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
Payment
Cash on Delivery is currently the available payment method. Customers must pay the confirmed total to the authorised courier at delivery. Any future online payment, instalment or third-party payment option will apply only when it is visibly enabled on the website and its specific terms are shown before payment.
Never send payment to an unofficial account or person. Contact customer support if payment instructions appear suspicious.
Delivery charges
The normal delivery charge is AED 25. Certain remote or exceptional locations may require an additional surcharge generally ranging from AED 10 to AED 30. The exact applicable delivery charge and total will be disclosed before final WhatsApp confirmation. No undisclosed delivery charge will be added after confirmation.
A limited free-delivery promotion may apply to eligible orders of AED 80 or more. Eligibility is confirmed at the time of order and may exclude remote-area surcharges or other stated exceptions.
Cancellation, refusal and failed delivery
A customer may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting customer support. Cancellation is not guaranteed after the order has entered dispatch.
If an order is cancelled or refused after dispatch, or delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient or other customer-controlled reason, the customer may be required to pay AED 25 for the delivery attempt and any additional re-delivery or remote-area charge disclosed and reasonably incurred. Two delivery attempts may be made before the order is treated as failed or returned.
Returns and consumer rights
Returns, replacements, exchanges and refunds are governed by the Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy and applicable UAE law. Nothing in these Terms excludes a mandatory consumer right or a remedy available for a defective, unsafe, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied product.
Acceptable website use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape content unlawfully, place fraudulent orders, impersonate another person or use the website in violation of UAE law.
Intellectual property
Website text, layout, graphics, original photography, Branvoro branding and other owned content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. No licence is granted except the limited right to view and use the website for lawful personal shopping.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Branvoro Mart is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by customer misuse, unauthorised product use, incorrect information supplied by the customer, or events outside reasonable control. This clause does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to info@branvoro.com or +971 55 388 2944 with the order number and supporting information. We aim to provide an initial response within seven business days. Complaints are first handled by customer support and may then be escalated to higher management.
If an internal resolution is not reached, the customer retains the right to contact the relevant UAE consumer-protection authority or pursue any remedy available under UAE law. These Terms are governed by UAE law, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Ajman or other court having mandatory jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these Terms for future use to reflect legal, operational or service changes. The effective version and Last Updated date will appear on this page. Changes will not remove rights already accrued under an accepted order.

الأهلية
الموقع مخصص للعملاء بعمر 16 سنة أو أكثر. إذا لم يكن العميل قد بلغ السن أو الأهلية القانونية اللازمة لإبرام معاملة ملزمة، فيجب أن يستخدم الموقع ويقدم الطلب بإذن وإشراف ولي الأمر أو الوصي القانوني. ويجوز لبرانفورو مارت طلب تحقق معقول قبل قبول الطلب.
المنتجات والمعلومات
نسعى إلى عرض أسماء المنتجات وصورها وخصائصها وكمياتها وأسعارها بدقة. قد تظهر فروق بسيطة بسبب إعدادات الشاشة أو تحديث التغليف أو تغييرات المورد. معلومات المنتجات عامة ولا تعد نصيحة طبية أو مهنية.
لا يصبح توفر المنتج مؤكداً إلا بعد قبول الطلب. ويجوز لنا تصحيح الأخطاء الحقيقية أو سحب منتج أو تحديد الكميات أو رفض الطلب عند وجود سبب معقول، مثل الاشتباه بالاحتيال أو خطأ في السعر أو نفاد المخزون أو وجود متطلبات تنظيمية.
الطلبات والقبول
إتمام السلة أو إرسال الطلب عبر الموقع أو الرسائل يعد طلب شراء فقط. يصبح الطلب مقبولاً بعد أن تؤكد برانفورو مارت عبر واتساب المنتج والكمية وبيانات العميل والعنوان ورسوم التوصيل والمبلغ الإجمالي. يجب على العميل مراجعة التأكيد وإبلاغنا فوراً بأي خطأ.
يجوز لنا إلغاء الطلب المقبول قبل الإرسال إذا أصبح التنفيذ غير ممكن. وفي هذه الحالة تتم معالجة أي مبلغ مدفوع للمنتج الملغى وفق القانون وطريقة الدفع المتفق عليها.
الأسعار وضريبة القيمة المضافة والعروض
تعرض الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي. شركة Branvoro FZE LLC غير مسجلة حالياً في ضريبة القيمة المضافة في دولة الإمارات، ولا تفرض ضريبة قيمة مضافة منفصلة على العملاء. سيتم تحديث هذا البيان إذا تغيرت حالة التسجيل.
تخضع العروض للمدة والشروط والمنتجات والمخزون المحدد. عرض التوصيل المجاني للطلبات المؤهلة بقيمة 80 درهماً أو أكثر هو عرض لفترة محدودة، وقد يتم تعديله أو إيقافه للطلبات المستقبلية. لا يطبق العرض بأثر رجعي ولا يجمع مع عروض أخرى إلا إذا ذكر ذلك بوضوح.
الدفع
الدفع عند الاستلام هو وسيلة الدفع المتاحة حالياً. يدفع العميل المبلغ الإجمالي المؤكد إلى مندوب التوصيل المعتمد عند الاستلام. أي وسيلة دفع إلكتروني أو تقسيط أو خدمة دفع من طرف ثالث ستطبق فقط عند تفعيلها وظهورها بوضوح على الموقع وعرض شروطها قبل الدفع.
لا ترسل أي دفعة إلى حساب أو شخص غير رسمي. تواصل مع خدمة العملاء إذا بدت تعليمات الدفع غير موثوقة.
رسوم التوصيل
رسوم التوصيل المعتادة هي 25 درهماً. قد تتطلب بعض المناطق البعيدة أو الاستثنائية رسوماً إضافية تتراوح عادة بين 10 و30 درهماً. سيتم توضيح رسوم التوصيل والمبلغ الإجمالي قبل التأكيد النهائي عبر واتساب، ولن تتم إضافة رسوم توصيل غير معلنة بعد التأكيد.
قد يطبق عرض توصيل مجاني محدود على الطلبات المؤهلة بقيمة 80 درهماً أو أكثر. يتم تأكيد الأهلية عند الطلب، وقد لا يشمل العرض رسوم المناطق البعيدة أو الاستثناءات المعلنة.
الإلغاء ورفض الاستلام وتعذر التوصيل
يمكن للعميل طلب الإلغاء قبل الإرسال بالتواصل مع خدمة العملاء. ولا يمكن ضمان الإلغاء بعد دخول الطلب مرحلة الإرسال.
إذا ألغي الطلب أو رفض بعد الإرسال، أو تعذر التوصيل بسبب عنوان غير صحيح أو عدم توفر المستلم أو سبب يرجع للعميل، فقد يطلب من العميل دفع 25 درهماً عن محاولة التوصيل، إضافة إلى أي رسوم إعادة توصيل أو منطقة بعيدة تم الإفصاح عنها وتم تحملها بصورة معقولة. قد تتم محاولتا توصيل قبل اعتبار الطلب متعثراً أو إرجاعه.
الإرجاع وحقوق المستهلك
تخضع عمليات الإرجاع والاستبدال والتبديل ورد المبالغ لسياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد والاستبدال والقانون الإماراتي المعمول به. لا تستبعد هذه الشروط أي حق إلزامي للمستهلك أو أي معالجة قانونية لمنتج معيب أو غير آمن أو غير مطابق للوصف أو تم توريده بشكل خاطئ.
الاستخدام المقبول للموقع
يحظر إساءة استخدام الموقع أو محاولة الدخول غير المصرح به أو تعطيل الحماية أو إدخال برامج ضارة أو نسخ المحتوى بطرق غير مشروعة أو تقديم طلبات احتيالية أو انتحال شخصية الغير أو استخدام الموقع بما يخالف قوانين دولة الإمارات.
الملكية الفكرية
إن نصوص الموقع وتصميمه ورسوماته وصوره الأصلية وعلامة برانفورو والمحتوى المملوك محمية بقوانين الملكية الفكرية المعمول بها. وتبقى العلامات التجارية للغير ملكاً لأصحابها. لا يمنح المستخدم أي ترخيص باستثناء الحق المحدود في مشاهدة الموقع واستخدامه للتسوق الشخصي المشروع.
المسؤولية
في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا تتحمل برانفورو مارت الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية، أو الخسائر الناتجة عن سوء استخدام العميل أو الاستخدام غير المصرح به للمنتج أو المعلومات الخاطئة التي يقدمها العميل أو الظروف الخارجة عن السيطرة المعقولة. ولا يستبعد هذا البند أي مسؤولية أو حق للمستهلك لا يجوز استبعاده قانوناً.
الشكاوى والنزاعات

+971 55 388 2944 مع رقم الطلب والمعلومات الداعمة. نسعى لتقديم رد أولي خلال سبعة أيام عمل. تعالج الشكوى أولاً بواسطة خدمة العملاء، ثم يمكن تصعيدها إلى الإدارة العليا.
إذا لم يتم التوصل إلى حل داخلي، يحتفظ العميل بحقه في التواصل مع جهة حماية المستهلك المختصة في دولة الإمارات أو استخدام أي معالجة متاحة بموجب القانون. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات، وتختص بنظر النزاعات محاكم عجمان المختصة أو أي محكمة يقرر القانون اختصاصها الإلزامي.
التعديلات
يجوز لنا تحديث هذه الشروط للاستخدام المستقبلي بما يعكس التغييرات القانونية أو التشغيلية أو الخدمية. تظهر النسخة السارية وتاريخ آخر تحديث على الصفحة. ولا تؤدي التعديلات إلى إلغاء حقوق نشأت بالفعل بموجب طلب مقبول.
